ung i norden
What is Ung I Norden?
Ung I norden is an event organized by one of the countries within the NSK (Nordic scout association). The event is for young people ages 16-21 from the following countries: Denmark, Faroe Island, Finland, Iceland, Norway or Sweeden. The aim of the event is to encourage youth to learn more about each years theme that would benefit them in scouting within their home region. Ung I Norden is also a great opportunity to meet like minded people in the Nordic countries and learn about different ways of scouting. For registration please contact our association.
This year the event will be held in Iceland, from the 16th to 19th of october. The theme is Enviromental Sustainability. One evening is dedicated to getting to know the participants followed by a day tour of the Golden circle before heading to Úlfljótsvatn scout center where 1 day will be spent in workshops that connect to why and how we build Enviromental Sustainability.
